Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To provide the highest level of care and availability to all clients, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.

• Payment of the missed appointment fee is required before booking any future appointments.

• Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance reimbursement, as no treatment was provided.
