With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and 4 years as a practicing Registered Nurse (RN), I bring a comprehensive and integrative approach to healthcare. I began my career after graduating with honors from Makami College in Edmonton, AB, completing a 3,000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy program.

My massage therapy practice is grounded in medical massage techniques and enhanced by a deep commitment to holistic care. I specialize in therapeutic, pre-natal, deep tissue, and palliative massage, and have advanced training in cupping massage, reflexology, hot stone therapy, and Reiki. My hands-on experience spans diverse clinical settings including hospitals (palliative and long-term care units), physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics, and wellness spas.

As a Registered Nurse, I have worked across high-acuity environments such as the Special Care Unit, Emergency Room, Step-Down Unit, and Acute Medicine. This background allows me to integrate my nursing expertise into massage therapy — particularly in managing complex medical conditions and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. I tailor each treatment plan to the individual, blending conventional medical knowledge with holistic principles to support my clients’ overall well-being.
